question about GMC registration

Hello,
i'm an Egyptian/Bulgarian medical student, i had a few questions please:
1-Does my Bulgarian nationality give me EC rights automatically ?
2-If yes, am i an " exempt person" from PLAB and can apply directly to GMC registration although i'll graduate from a medical school outside European union ?

There are different ways an applicant may qualify as an exempt person. These are:

1. Nationals of EEA states (other than UK nationals) and Swiss nationals;

Whether your degree is acceptable is a different matter.

Hello, can anyone answer me urgently regarding the registration with the GMC, I am a Non-EU spouse of a British Citizen, so shall I exempt from the Plab? I mean can be treated as a spouse of EU national?
