My fiancée and I are currently organising ourselves to apply for a fiancée visa around Spring 2012. General background information: I'm a British national, aged 22; She is a Brazilian national aged 21.
While accumulating information, a glaring problem has arisen. We understand that visa applications are completed and paid for online. We also understand that you need to send originals/certified copies of supporting documents, translated into English if appropriate.
What we don't understand is the part where it says:
Now, it is likely just me being obtuse, but can someone please explain? They require original documents but:Only documents submitted with your application will be considered. You will not be able to submit documents after you have completed your application at the visa application centre. The visa application centre will not accept applications and supporting documents sent by mail or courier.
1. they only consider ones submitted with your application, completed online
2. they don't accept applications/supporting documents sent by mail or courier.
Is the solution to go there and hand it in? Please advise.
