Absences ONLY in the ILR qualifying period should be declared, so declare absence since your first Tier 2 visa. There is no point in declaring irrelevant absences from 2013zimba wrote: ↑Thu Aug 24, 2023 2:33 pmIt seems you do not want to let this thing go. The date you put on the form has no bearing on the ILR application. This has now been emphasised many many times. The date of first entry to the UK will suffice for the answer to that question![]()
Also, children do NOT have any residence requirements for ILR. They settle when both parents settle (or will settle with them)
You yourself said no further action was taken in 1. and no details taken in 2. and 3 so does not require declaring. You are overthinking everything.nuaaxiayu wrote: ↑Thu Sep 07, 2023 3:49 pmHello Zimba,
I apologize, sorry for asking the same question again and again, please forgive me.
I also have a few questions related to the police:
(1) Our child got lost a few years ago and we called 999, the police found him and sent him back home. The police recorded my name and other information and then left (no further action was taken);
(2) My wife was practice driving a car herself in an empty car park with provisional licence, and the police came and told us I should sit next to her as a full licence holder, and we also need to stick "L" label to our car. We agreed to do that, and the police left without taking our personal information. No further action was taken.
(3) Our kids were riding scooters once without helmets, they were stopped by the police and were told to be careful and should wear helmets. The police did not take any of our personal information and left. No further action was taken.
Should we declare any of the above incidents as police warning/cautions in our ILR applications?
Thank you again.
