Question PLs??Tier 4?

I have pending application student visa in my place Philippines but i am still waiting. And now I have offer job to work in the family in United kingdom. He call and he said that he needs a nanny for his sons. and he said that he call Uk immigration at UK office, said that he can give me a employment visa to work on his family then he tell me to contact UKimmigration@consults.com at UK, question which is best to choose Tier 4 or Employment Visa?? What will i do to my pending application??

The job offer is a scam, there is no job and you will be asked to pay fees to a so called immigration consultant to process your application.

How do I know this? Well, for a start to work as a nanny in a household in the UK as a sponored worker you must already have worked for the family overseas for at least a year. The UK is incredibly strict about domestic worker visas. Furthermore no one would really give someone a job looking after their kids when the only contact has been by email and a couple of phone calls.
