question regarding fee payment (uk postal order)

Hi,

I am planning to get a postal order done from ICICI bank. But they are saying that they will need the account number and Bank name of person to whome I am paying. In the guidance notes there is no mention of any account number or bank used by of Home office.

I tried calling the customer care of Home Office but cound not get through.

How can I get this information? Please help.
