Hi

I am an European citizen who migrated to UK 5 years ago. My father has moved from Kenya to the US a few months and has recently applied for the Green Card. I haven't seen him for 15 years and I would like to know if it is possible (legally) to reunite my father with my family by letting him come to UK? Is that possible despite the fact that he hasn't got a Green Card?

Just because he applied for a Green Card doesn't mean he will get one, the wait for some categories takes ages.

You need to be more specific about:
- what is his current visa status in the US
- on what basis does he want to come to the UK (it will be hard for him to do more than visit the UK)
- is he Kenyan or a British Overseas citizen
- and have you got Indefinite Leave to Remain?
