Question - Work permit documents

Post by fisher » Mon May 30, 2011 12:55 am

Hi

I am applying for ILR next week (WP + Tier 1). I have seen many folks submitting work permit documents...is this necessary since i am already submitting the passport and my passport already has all the stampings?

My personal experience when i went to PEO for ILR - the case worker did not asked for it but I have the document with me because it is mentioned in the form. So it is advisable to keep it with you.

hope this helps.
