I have tier 1 entrepreneur visa. I am now planning to hire employees for my startup business. I know I have to create two full time or equivalent jobs for one year.
Due to nature of my work, I am not planning to hire people on full time basis rather on contract. I am planning to hire programmers and designers. Before I advertise jobs I have following questions:
1. Can I split one full time job into two?
2. What's the minimum salary I can offer?
3. What's the minimum hourly rate?
4. Do I have to pay wages or a fixed salary if I split one job into two?
5. May I hire under 18's people?
6. What documents do I need from my employees? I presume passport and NI is the minimum requirement.
