You can use the same account for both EARNINGS and Maintenance FUNDS as long as your name (being the main applicant) is there on any 1 or many accounts..nachiketpa wrote:Hi. I am applying for Tier 1 the next week. Can you please help me and answer the following questions.
1) I apply with my wife(dependent) I keep maintenance funds on our joint current account. Is there any problem if I want to prove my earnings and maitenance funds by using the same statements? Or it is better to use statements from current account to prove earnings and from saving account to prove funds?
YES just fill hte WOrker reference number for your current WP.. leave the HO Ref number..2) There are Home Office reference number and worker reference number in the application form. I can find worker reference number in my work Permit but I can not find a HO reference. Can anyone tell me where can I find it or maybe I should not fill the data in the form?
VISA WORK PERMIT as it is typed in your passport on visa..3)My current status is Work Permit Holder or Visa Work Permit
I suggest you or anybody to USE the Covering letter as a media to explain each and every evidence/ proof you are submitting for each section and explain in simple words so that it makes the case worker easy to understand your case instead of he himself going through those doc's and understand things which can only result in further delay..nachiketpa wrote:Thank you for your prompt responses.
I have one more question:
Is it necessary to write in the cover letter that I use the same statements for both earnings and funds? And should my wife in her cover letter mention that?
check this thread... read through it patiently and all of your questions will be answered..nachiketpa wrote:Thank you very much ramesh for your valuable advise. Maybe you know if there is any information about how to order the documents before sending them to HO?
