Questions regarding Unmarried Partner Visa

Hi, I'm currently holding a UK defacto visa (Unmarried Partner Visa). I'm almost done with my first 30-month stay in UK, and I will be applying for an extension of 30 months more to take me to 5 years for me to be eligible for the ILR (indefinite leave to remain). May I know what are the requirements under the new immigration rules for applying for an extension of 30 months. Also, how much will I pay for the IHS (Immigration Healthcare Surcharge)? Thank you.

You'll have to apply for the next extension on form FLR(M) as per the link PrestonLancs has posted.
You'll need to meet the income level of £18,600 or have £16,000 or over in savings to make up any shortfall. Joint income will be counted. 6 months bank statement + 6 months pay slips. Submit 6 documents in joint names showing your joint address, spread as evenly as possible of the 2.5 year period, from at least 3 different sources. If you don't have 6 in joint names, submit 12 in single names.
The NHS Surcharge will be £500, payable online before submitting your application.

Casa, I could be wrong and would very much hope to be corrected, but I believe what PrestonLancs took exception at was the OP's apparent lack of basic research.

I thank the forum for the help and assistance that it provided me in my journey and in answering the queries that the sheer volume of documentation raised. But, without any disrespect to the OP, I believe that the forum is better for discussing questions arising from the documents rather than providing basic links to them, which as PrestonLancs alludes to, Google is better at.

Google is only as good as the information entered in the search and at times members need to be pointed in the right direction. Providing the basis information doesn't take much effort. I know why PrestonLancs posted as he did and I didn't directly criticise his remark even though he frequently tells members to search for the information themselves. I'm of the opinion that if a member doesn't feel they want to spare the time to give advice, then it's better not to post. I appreciate the fact that PrestonLancs posted the link the member needed but we're not here to tell members off like school children who haven't done their homework. That's my opinion , but others are free to differ.
