DO I QULIFY FOR ILR

i have got the work permit visa for 3 years (from 25th june 2006 to 24th june 2009) on 25th june 2006 and i came to uk on 1st july 2006,my visa was extended for 1 year till 24th june 2010,when i applied for extension to my visa in june 2010 my application was returned saying that photos were not clear by the time i got the post of my passports it was 26th june and my visa was expired so i was advised by my employer to travel back to india and apply from there, so i have travelled back to india and applied from there and i got (tire 2 intra company transfer)visa on 20th july to august 2011.i have travelled back immidiately after i got my passport.

now i want to know that weather i am elegible for ILR.

will the entry clearance in july 2010 effect my ILR.
will the new rules effect anyway.

please help with ur sugestions.

With no valid leave between 24-Jun-10 and 20-Jul-10, IMHO, your ILR clock was reset.

is there any way i can try.but after april 2010 entry for ILR will not be eligible.

so will i not eligible for ILR.
