Reactivation permit hours / pay?

Hi

For reactivation permit I see online it can be a 20 hours per week job but must be getting minimum wage - does anyone know if it needs to be 39 hours x 52 weeks x minimum wage hourly pay for annual remuneration to qualify or simply be getting the minimum hourly wage ?

Appreciate any insights particularly from anyone who has been through this before ?
