Real Chances of getting HSMP

Hi,

I have checked that the new hsmp schema might affect my application since:

I dont hold a bachelors degree, however, I made some studies in the university, I approved 6 courses, then for other reasons I had to stop studying, however I will get certified in the activity I carry out (Unix system administration) by SUN Microsystems, I read that these certifications should be submitted to the NARIC in order a review is done, Im trying to find other ways of getting this 30 points, I also checked out that these will be granted if I have a NVQ, how can i get that? Im currently living in Argentina, and im Mexican, the points of the yearly salary helps me, also my age, the only thing that might stop me is the degree, may I hear some tips on this or alternatives for the Bachelors degree? I have 5 years in IT experience, I dont know what else to do.

Now the point system is very simple [?]. Without a degree no one can qualify.

Better try Work Permit route.
