I have question regarding EEA family permit for parents. According to EEA law parents (non-EU nationals) can apply for this permit If they are dependent on EEA national.
Will bank statements showing regular remittances to parents prove this dependency? Are there any other requirements which should be met?
Do you know anyone who ever got this kind of permit? Is it possible?
I hope some one can give me some advice.
