Received change of address from NVC but we didn't change it!

Received change of address from NVC but we didn't change it!

Last night my partner received a letter dated a week ago from the NVC in NH saying that they have changed the address/email address on our file, and to keep them updated with any other changes!
There were no other details, nothing to tell us what had been changed or anything, just that they had changed it!
Now I'm really worried they have mixed up files or something because we never changed address!
