I received pregnancy health grant, can my visa be refused?

Hello everyone, Im really upset about this, Im 32 weeks pregnant, my midwife gave me the form and I did apply, I wasn't aware about the whole situation, now I'm applying for my indefinite leave to remain visa settlement spouse of british nationality, and today when I was filling the form under publics funds appearhealth pregnancy grant, when I did check on the letter the home office gave to me back in 2008 they didin't mention at all on my letter about this, I think I have done a huge mistake and Now im paranoic thinking my visa will be refused, please somebody help me, I call the home office today and te lady I spoke told me my visa will be refused most probably, and when I did call the phone for health pregnancy grant the guy in the phone told me he dosn't know about it, when my visa was issue in 2008 on my letter of my home office the listed a public funds, in the public funds they didn't mention about this, and now I really sad, its not a joke, have somebody be in the same situation like me?
please somebody help me :shock:
my fear is on my visa being refused......

Try to return back the money and apply for ILR, u would be fine.
