Recent CA judgement of S (Afghanistan) [2007] EWCA Civ 546

Does anybody have or know the exact dates for the blanket HO policy to grant 4 years ELR to failed asylum-seekers of certain nationality?

Yes - it is listed in the case of S. The Afghan policy for 4 years' ELR ran until April 2002 (19th April, from memory).

Please bear in mind that since S there has been a directly contradictory Court of Appeal decision in DK and YM (Afghanistan). I was in the latter.
