Reckonable days counting help needed urgent

Post by elaistanbul1 » Sat May 17, 2025 8:45 pm

hi group members

Can you suggest what date to apply based on reckonable residence for Non EU?

Below are details of my Stamps:
1. Letter from INIS (as it was Covid) => Date on letter i.e. 19 May 2020 for 1 year
2. Applied for Stamp 1 card => 5/11/2020 => 5/11/2021
3. Second stamp1 card from 19/08/2021 to 06/03/2022
4. Stamp 4 from 19/04/2022-19/04/2024
5. Stamp 4 from 27/04/2024-22/04/2026

1. Can I apply on 18th May 2025, as my first Stamp 1 started on 19 May 2020?
2. Can I count days until May 2022, because it was covid automatic extensions even though I have gap in getting the card?
3. And what about the 7 days gap in 2024 stamp? Can I count these?
4. Do I need to include the calculator in the application? If, I put this in calculator, it looks like I have to wait?

i had continuous job for this time.

Thanks.

Only the Stamp 1 card dates count as reckonable time, doesnt matter if you had job or anything, time gaps are not considered under the time needed, you dont need to send the calculator results on your application but the calculator will tell you if you have the 5 years or not, if I were you I would wait until I have the 5 years on the calculator (that's what I did)
again only use on your counting the times on your stamps, no letters or anything extra it is consider as valid time, regardless if you had a work permit letter with a different or earlier date
