Reconsideration for approved FLR(M) visa

Post by Supamum » Tue Nov 10, 2015 2:12 pm

Hi all

Hoping someone can advise.

I will have lived in the UK for nearly 2.5 years now and had reapplied for extension of spouse visa.

I applied for a FLR(M) 5 year route visa and was granted a FLR(M) visa 10 year route as even though I submitted my spouse's payslips I genuinely did not know it cannot be verified unless submitted together with bank statements and employers letter.

Now my decision is to apply for reconsideration as we genuinely fulfil the requirements and I think they should have exercised evidential flexibility and asked for the missing documents which will then prove the pay slips are genuine.

Can I ask - do I have to submit all the documents I submitted previously together with my passport and the 10 year route biometric card which was issued or do I just submit the letter asking for reconsideration together with the missing supporting documents?

Any response will be much appreciated, thanks.
