hi there i have looked all over for a answer to my question and i hope someone can help me out.
i have just had a baby and i am off work and now i am on non pay. My husband who is not allow to claim public funds has just got a job but it cant pay the rent and i have two children CAN I CLAIM HOUSING BENEFIT AND COUNCIL TAX I AM A BRITISH CITZEN WOULD THIS CAUSE A PROBLEM WHEN MY HUSBAND APPLY FOR HIS STAY HERE.

AS a British citizen you are entitled to benefits and it will have no effect on your husbands route to citizenship
