Recruitment agency and contract

Hi All,

As per the new legislation HMRC is asking all the recruitment agencies to provide NI and tax payer reference number for all those contracted through them.

It means the recruitment agency acts as an intermediary and will source a contract for a worker and a client. I am not sure if this type of contract is allowed under tier 1 visa 50 K route? I have a ltd company , can I accept a contract via recruitment agency for a bank or another company ?
