Redundancies

Post by itsamystery » Wed Aug 06, 2014 6:02 pm

Hi,
As an employer - do I have a duty to the UKBA to inform them when a member of staff on a working visa is made redundant?
Or is it the employees responsibility to inform them?
Thanks
