Referee - Foreign Professional

Hi,
My friend is a qualified lawyer who qualified in New Zealand.
She is living and working in the UK, but does not work as a lawyer in the UK.
Would she still be able to sign as a professional referee, even though she isn't practising law in the UK?

As long as they are properly registered and licensed to practice in New Zealand, yes. If their license has lapsed, then no.
