Referee’s nationality

Hi everyone

I am preparing the referees details.
I have the first referee who is over 25 BC not professional, and the second referee I am asking for my friend who is a co-founder director of a VAT registered charity not in the UK, not BC and not living in the UK. So do you guys think that they are suitable for my two referees?

Also I have another friend who is BC and a retired nurse but she is retired so is it good to be my professional referee as well ?
