referee requirements and question

Hi, I jumping on the thread regarding referrals, would the following suffice (I found this from the gov.uk site) to hand over to the referrers to sign, or is there a different template please? Probably a silly question, but want to make sure. https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... on_MN1.pdf
Do they need to provide their profession, somewhere, to show they are eligible (follow the guidelines)?
