I want to ask about the 'professional standing' referee.
My long-time neighbour is a 'tax agent', she deals with HMRC on behalf of her clients, she is considered a 'specialist accountant'. She is member of a professional body, i'm pretty much. Is it fine if she's my referee? If she agrees about it too.
