is anyone else surprised to see that you need 2 civil servants to referee for you when applying for citizenship? has any of yous had trouble getting that? it seems like a tough requirement to me because foreigners usually dont know a lot of locals, even after 3yrs.

What are you talking about? Nowhere in the application form does it ask for two referee that are civil servants???
