reference letter

Hello guys,

Could someone please give me a better idea of what HSMP expects to see in a reference letter. I sent in two reference letters and they still said I didn't have sufficient evidence for my 5years work experience.

Now I want to reapply and not quite sure what to do about it.

Hi dear,

see my another post on this forum for almsot the same question. I ahve clearly mentioned in that what should be there on the Reference letter as well as what else yopu should submit for claiming the senior level work experience.
