Would it make sense to merge this thread with another similar thread?

Remember that there is a significant possibility that Theresa May could become Prime Minister. Not everybody would look forward to BoJo as Prime Minister.

Besides, as he has shown during the referendum, he and his team expressed some ideas which they are unlikely to actually implement for practical purposes.

I would not get your hopes up too high.

Now that BoJo has chickened out of the responsibility of fixing the mess he co-created, Ms May is beaming in front of cameras... Every non EU person here from past 6 years of experience knows how this is going to turn out. She becoming PM might even be the swan song for this lovely forum which has helped thousands like me :(

Brexiters scream "Democracy": they get 150,000 deciding the PM on behalf of 64 million
Brexiters scream "take back control": they have the possibility of a remain supporter back in as PM.

The daily pantomime continues...

This pantomime would have been a box office hit if it had not been so full of consequence for everybody.

Breaking News: Boris Johnson has withdrawn from race to become Conservative Party leader (and PM), after Gove stood as the Leave candidate. So, it is Gove v May (with Leadsom, Crabb and Fox bringing up the rear). Both May and Crabb have been quiet Remainers and all the rest are vocal Brexiteers.
