Pending ROR appeal/application and effect of UK EU Deal?

Hi Forum,

I am aware that at present uncertainty is the only certainty we have in relation to the referendum and in addition the UK EU deal.

Considering that when the whole 'centre of life' requirement was added to Surinder Singh route there were transitional arrangements added, would there likely be transitional arrangements put in place for the new rules reached in UK EU deal? (For those who've already returned to the UK and previously held an RC under SS.)
(Though at present that RC has been revoked as NonEea is divorced and so not a family member.)

Very worrying times for freedom of movement.

Since the new regulations appear to contradict the Metock judgement then what happens?

Is the Metock judgement simply reversed?

Is that easy to achieve?

In that instance (excuse my ignorance)
If hypothetically ECJ Metock is reversed where could it leave those who are already enroute to PR prior to the reversal?
