EU refugee and a British Citizen Fiancee

Hi

I am a refugee in switzerland and have a fiancee who is a british citizen.
We have met in Nigeria but developed love for ourselves since November last year and plan to get married.
I still have my passport but the visa has expired.

my question is ?

1.can i get a visa in the uk embassy with my passport?
2.what options do i have
