Refund of Fee for Limited Leave to Remain - HSMP JR case

I came under HSMP in 2004, extended in 2005 which was valid till 2008 (3 years). Applied for furtner extensions under Tier - 1 (HSMP JR was still in the court at the time of my application), got extension for 2 years. At the time of stamping JR came out and my application was considered under HSMP JR.

Would they refund the fee for 2nd renewal?

I read somewhere on UKBA site they would refund the fee/Differences but can't locate this page.

Has anyone been in similar situation and got refund?
