Refund on UK visit visa

Hi,
I applied for a UK visit visa and put the wrong travel date so I immediately canceled and requested a refund
It was canceled within 1 hour of submission and before biometric appointment was made but 7 weeks later I have had no follow up email or refund.Who can I contact to find out what has happened?
This is the email they sent when I canceled nearly 2 months ago and had nothing since.
