Dear All,

I am attaching the refusal letter given to my wife, and i am looking for help for knowing how can i appeal. ?

or shall I make the new application. i still have 28 days of appeal. it is my first time my wife is refused visa so i dont know much about it.
Me and all my children are British Citizens, but we reside in Pakistan, I have a good business in Pakistan,
1, Unfortunatly, I did not submitted my personal statement at the first time. also there are saving in shape of cash or other ways but i mentioned NO in sec 66, So how can i prove them now.
2, I have received the council tax letter from my cousin and the invitation letter.
3. I also have a bank account in the UK where i have 1000 Ponds sitting there, shall i attach the statement of that account too.

I have joint property with my family(brother and sisters) shall i send the copies to show my strength besides my personal bank statements.

4, my childern are studing in schools and college shall i send there result card as evidence. or shall i get there school certificates showing there regularity.

Please let me know as i have applied for her visit to travel in november and we are going to visit germany too so i have to apply for german visa too.

Best regards

It's a visitor visa. You cannot appeal unless it's on human rights grounds.

Gather the missing documents - show the business funds are available - get as much evidence as possible that the kids either a) aren't going or b) have to return and reapply.
