Refusal for Tier 1 Admin review

Post by Sri_J » Sun Jul 04, 2010 1:20 pm

Hello,

I have applied for UK Visa Tier 1 General on 2 June 2010. I have received a refusal letter from the British Deputy High Commision stating the bank statement does not bear the logo of the Bank.

The statement of the Bank is given on plain sheets with my account details and bearing HDFC seal with HDFC Bank Name which has a logo in the centre.

I have two questions here
(1)I have received fresh statements from the Bank with the letter head along with the covering letter stating my minimum balance in the Bank account during the period.Since It is meantioned in the refusal I should not sent any supporting documents for admin review. Please can anyone advice if I can attach these documents again?

(2)Or I have also received a confirmation letter from the bank stating the bank statement has the logo of the Bank.Should I just give a reason on the request form, submit covering letter along with this bank letter.Advise

1. I am planning to send a model bank statement (earlier one) highlighting the seal (which has logo and bank name) , along with that sending a mail from HDFC bank for logo confirmation.

2. I have also received statement from bank on the letter head till latest date, can I forward this as a proof for review? since, they have mentioned not to send any supporting document, please anyone advise on this how to deal this issue please.

Though it is mentioned that additional documents are not accepted but if you are lucky enough the caseworker might accept those documents so there is no harm in sending both (1) & (2)..Send them & hope for the best...good luck!!
