REFUSAL OF LEAVE TO ENTER

Post by ken » Sat Sep 15, 2007 3:15 pm

My niece was refused leave to enter under section 89 (1) of the immigration act 2002, but was not detained. Her passport was seized and she has to report to the airport to be deported in one week.

Should I appeal and how should I go about doing so?

Thanks in advance.
