My application was refused by Home Office because my Yell advert did not show my buisiness activity, Name and date of advert.
- I submitted a printout of my website which was deployed before Julyu 11, and it shows all of the required information. obviously it has not been considered an advert/marketing material.
Has anybody been in a similar situation? and what do you think are my chances if I appeal the decision.
I am also looking at making a freesh application as my Maintenance fund and Investment fund is still intact. with contracts all dated befiore 11 of July.
I will appreciate if anybody can help with how I can croos the marketing/advert restrictions as the before 11- july rule will hold me.
