WP Refusal

Hi Everyone,

My friend had just refused from WP(UK) on his application.
His qualification is ACCA.

Reasons are: No advertisement in the paper(he joined from AGY).
Not giving priority to Home resident & EU.

Can he appeal on the decision on his application?
How long does it take?
What is the % of getting WP on appeal.
Can he swicht to TWES(last resource)?
Any suggestion or experiences please.

problem is if they cant prove that they adequately advertised the post. then there might be no point in appealing as they would be rejected again. i also dont know if it is faster to appeal or to reapply, seeing that they basically process application within the day that they recieve them
