Refuse Banned for 10 years need advice

Hi i have 2 children 9 months old and they were born in uk I have indefinite and I am not working at a movement
my husband living in Malaysia at work permit He apply visit visa for visit his newborn twins and they Refused that he is not meet requirements of Paragraph V3.6 and V4.2(a)(c) And V4.3(a) of appendix V: immigration rules for visitors And refusal under paragraph V3.10 automatic refusal period up to 10 years We are confused Are they banned him for 10 years? Can we apply for spouse visa ? any option PLEASE if I can get any help

No he apply student visa in 2006 that was refuse he forgot exact date and old passport number my husband was thinking he apply in 2005 so 10 years complete now and he did not put any detail. 2: he submit first application online then cancelled he didn't put old passport detail that was his 3rd passport so he put old passport detail and submit second application. 3: I sponsor him just for accommodation he show his bank statements and wage letter and our NIkah wasn't registered we put application as unmarried partner we are in very complicated situation now and stuck is he banned? And any option for spouse visa please help

Why was he waiting for 10 years to complete? Was he banned then as well (in 2006)?

No he wasn't banned in 2006 he did not complete financial requirement they refused in 2006

As far i am aware there was no financial requirement in 2006 for student visa. Your husband immigration history seems to be bit suspicious

Why u didn't apply spouse visa at first place. He forgot the date and passport number but where is the expired passport? He applied student visa in 2006 (and thought 2005) than why he waited 9 years to put a second application. Story not matching up there is something your husband tried to hide from Home office.

. I didn't sponsor him for spouse visa because I am not working at a moment and can't show £18000. My husband want visit kids he didn't visit them since they were born. My husband said he lost his passport and don't remember passport number. 3: He didn't apply during 9 years because he went Malaysia at work permit after refused student visa. He apply again now his wife and kids in uk We got married in 2014. My husband told me about refusal but he didn't told me reason. Please if I can get advice which visa can apply spouse or surinder Singh route?

No one can tell without actually looking at refusal letter however its very likely to be banned if he been suspicious of hiding his past.

Spouse visa requirement is £18600 / year

Should not suppose to apply as unmarried partner when you have valid Nikah which could have been easily registered.

The way I see it either you have to fight the refusal or earn £18600 for spouse visa.

Chances are now pretty bleak applying for family visitor, as he seems to have more family ties in UK then else where. Unless he shows strong intentions to leave the UK after paying visit to his family.

The Surinder Singh route would require you to move 'the centre of your life' with your family to another EU state. This would involve you being employed there, renting property etc, If you're not able to work in the UK you are likely to find it even more difficult in a strange country, especially if you don't speak the language.

Last these can we go for human rights? I am living like signal mother with 2 babies if I am working 7 days then extra hours it's really hard for me in this situation still I need show £18600?

. Yes I am not working I mean if I will start work 7days then extra hrs then I can earn £18600 it's really hard specially in this situation 2 babies and no family help!
