refused for settlement visa need some help appeal or not???

hi they have refused my wifes visa on the basis of only being taxed on £12.260 because I was claming capital allowances. where as my income was £20248 for the last year. today I have been to the accounted and had resummited the accounts by taking the capital allowances off and now my income before tax is £20.248 if I appeal with the new submitted tax return and the relevant documents what they ask for what is my chance on over turning the original decision??? please help

You should be able to overturn it.

sorry I am new to here on what grounds should I say that I am appealing? for example I am not claming the capital allowences now? or I am appealing cos I have new evidence to prove that I meet the financial requirement! yes I have just adjusted the tax return!! mph80

hi mph80 I have just adjusted the tax return and now it states that I total taxable is £20248 which is well over what they ask for??
