Refused spouse visa

Hello my wife spouse visa was rejected as failed the English language requirement. She only submitted her degrees without getting them supported by UK nari. If we get an English language certificate do we resend the same information with new payslips and bank statements on new application?

Yes, all support documents will need to be up to date again. Especially financial and employment documents need to be within the 28 days rule too.
