INFACT INCOME TAX RETURN WAS STAMPED AND SIGNED TWICE BY THE TAX OFFICE (BY RECIEVING PERSON). I HAVE NEVER HEARD THAT EMPLOYER HAS TO ENDORSE INCOME TAX RETURN AS WELL. IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE PARTICULARY FROM PAKISTAN WHO HAS DONE THEIR INCOME TAX RETURN ENDORSED BY EMPLOYER.
THE EMPLOYER LETTER HE IS TALKING ABOUT IS FROM EMPLOYER, JUST MENTIONING HIS AVAILABILITY IN OFFICE, HIS DESIGNATION AND WISHING ME FUTUR SUCCESS.

I HAVE PROVIDED HOME OFFICE LETTER OF STUDENT PERMISSION AND ORIGINAL STUDENT STATUS LETTER FROM MY UNIVERSITY, MENTIONING MY COURSE START DATE OF SEPMTEMBER 2003 AND END DATE MARCH 2006 (THIS LETTER WAS COMPLETELY IGNORED though 3 copies obtained from university and 3 of them I have used in diffierent sections). AS YOU GUYS KNOW WHEN WE GET STUDENT VISA FROM BRITISH EMBASSIES, WE DON'T GET ANY STUDENT PERMISSION LETTER. SINCE SEPTEMBER 2003 I HAVE HAD TWO EXENTIONS AND I HAVE PROVIDED BOTH LETTER OF STUDENT PERMISSION. FIRTS LETTER RECIEVED IN JANUARY 2005 SECOND LETTER RECIEVED IN SEPTEMBER 2005.
EVEN MY ACADEMIC TRANSCIPT (QUALIFICATION SECTION) MENTIONED MY COURSE START DATE 'SEP 03' AND END DATE 'MARCH 06' AS WELL BUT IGNORED

I am totally outraged. I don't know whether its my inability or their's. I had presented my application in decent order, decorated with color tabs and that. moreover, just to make assessment easier, I had attached separate letter explaining every single detail in the application. but I reckon nobodydid bother to look at these.
I don't know which way to go...AARRGHH

I am from Pakistan and my HSMP was approved in Feb 2007.

I submitted R3 form for tax returns that is standard for salaried employe in Pakistan.

For age proof, I submitted original birth certificate that I got from City government Lahore and also my original driving lixense.

I really feel pained concerning your circumstance, having put so much effort, HO sometimes worked with facts,figures and sometimes discreation. What was used as a basis for refusal for MR A maybe overlooked for MR B's application. The application requires alot of prayers .The document you submitted from your write-up are O.K, why not seek a review if you are confident of the facts and figures you have submitted to justify your claims. I will also advice you to learn from other forum members mistakes to present a good case. Don't give up.
