Reg earnings equiries by BHC for Tier (Gen)

Post by sureshep » Fri Dec 12, 2008 11:42 am

Hi All,

I have applied Tier 1 (General) visa at VFS Mumbai on Dec 5th.

Now, for the earnings verification I have given the HR dept number of my company. I have written the number as (022-4022XXXX, Extn : XXXX) in the form.

Is it necessary to write +91-22-4022XXXX in the form ? Will the case worker will know that;s its an India and Mumbai number ?

Pls share your thoughts/experience. Appreciate your time and valuable inputs.

Regards,
Suresh

Relax pal....BHC would know about it....Till sometime back Integra used to do all this verification....and they are based out of Mumbai... (although i did read on this forum that integra has been discontinued...but nothing sure as yet)..besides you have applied from India..and one also mentions the country of earnings in the application form...so they would know..... "Itne to padhe likhe hote hi honge yaar ... ;D ... )

Sit back...and get busy with life...its normal to think so much...but i would suggest to get ur minds off it for a while and sleep well ... :)

Best of Luck

Regards,
Amit

If you are lucky no verification will happen. It happens only when they have a reasonable doubt on the genuiness of the applicant/application. Read the guidance notes carefully.
