Reg Salary requirements

Hi Team,
My skilled worker visa is going to expire on may16th 2025,i am going with new sponsor with joining date may17th 2025,my job code is same in both employers.Shall i go with new visa while submitting the application for extension?Pls clarify.

I am going to complete 3 years in 16th may 2025 with skilled worker visa,i came with salary 27k per annum with job code 2139. As part of visa extension ,I am planing to go with new sponsor from 17th may 2025 with same job code 2139 ,so whats the minimum salary requirements to get the visa .Pls clarify
