Reg: Tier 1 Limit

Hi,

As per the new policy UK Govt. will release only 600 odd Visas. Bit I think they are receiving more number of applications every month and the excess applications will be carried over to next month cap.

Let's say by March they have excess of 5,000 application in their hand what they would do?

By that time if any Government rule changes will that affect the people who have already did.
