Regarding delay in processing FLR (IED) application

Hi,

I have submitted FLR (IED) application to Durham address on 12th July 06 and it got delivered on 13th July 06. But still today that is 17 July 06 my account is not debited. I read the messages of other members that the payment processing is delayed. But I would like to tell that I am a Nurse and I am changed my employer. So I got new workpermit (change of employment letter from home office). I received this letter on 17th Feb 06. But I couldn't apply for FLR (IED) immediately. But still there is time. Because it is mentioned in the letter that I should apply for FLR (IED) within 6 months of the new workpermit or my current leave expiry. My current leave to remain is till May 2010. That 6 months are getting completed on 16th August 06. But on 7th July Home office announced that from 14th August 06 the Registered Nurse category will get removed from the shortage occupation list and new overseas nurses won't get workpermit. So I am worried abouth this announcement. Could someone please clarify my doubts. Whether my application is get refused because of this, though I submitted it well before the six months of change of emploument letter and well before the 14th August 06 the date on which the new rule will take place.
