Regarding Documents Back From Home Office

Dear Sir
As i have received my BRP(Bio-Metric) Card Last Month 6th July 2019.
But still i am waiting for my Passport and Other Relevant Documents which ones Home-Office have. I have submit documents return request 2 weeks before but there is no reply from Home-Office.
Please advise what i can do to get my documents back please.
Will wait for your reply.
