regarding hsmp

Hi
I am currently living in london from last 4 years I have master in computer science from karachi university before coming london I am looking to apply for hsmp on pakistani degree so will it affect on my hsmp case or not to apply on pakistani master degree and how many points I can claim for karachi univeristy computer science master degree.

If any one of you can help me out in this matter I shall be thank full
