Regarding NARIC evaluation

Dear,

Need your advice regarding NARIC evaluation.

I m an Masters' Of Computer Application graduate from Osmania University; and the university, course (Masters') is listed in the PBS calculator. Point 84, 86 and 87 say that the NARIC evaluation is for qualifications not listed in the PBS.
Do I need to get NARIC evaluation for my degree??

Also My masters degree was taught in english.
And for scoring points for english competency; Is my original masters degree certificate enough??

Please clarify.
