Regarding Offer letter for Tier2 ICT

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 2 ICT visa, and i got the COS from my UK branch. And i am employed in Indian branch from past 2 years.And they given me an offer letter stating that i am permanent employee in UK organization.

I have question if iam applying under ICT do i need to submit this offer letter as supporting document?

Does the policy guidance or the form asks you to submit any such letter?

Not mentioned anywhere in the form,So COS itself is enough evidence?
